So my brother got an error recently when he tried to run Modern Warfare 2 after installing.
it said it was missing 'code_post_gfx_mp.ff'
Well, I researched it all over the internet and came up with no straightforward answer that wasn't from
the beginning of last year. So I said 'Screw it!' and went into the program bin on my computer for the game.
(I was the one who encouraged him to buy the game, as I already had it) Well, I found the missing file and
copied and pasted it over onto his computer. Well, as I pasted it into his computer's folder, I noticed that
there were around sixty files that weren't there that were on my computer. I went 'FUUUUUUU!' at the two GIGABYTES
of missing files. They hadn't installed when he was downloading the game!
Well, my point here is, I'm sure there are others with this problem. Now you can try to download the missing file
from the internet, but I almost assure you, if you're missing one file from install, you're missing more.
So here's a huge list of all of the programs that should be in your
'C:Program FilesSteamSteamAppscommoncall of duty modern warfare 2zoneenglish' folder.
If you get all of the programs and it still doesn't run, and says something like 'missing image: 'game_font.bb' or something
you're going to have to reinstall, or find someone who you can simply copy their whole MW2 folder and replace yours.
Now if you don't know how to get to your steam folder, simply do this:
Go to your 'Computer'
Then enter your 'C' drive.
Go to Program Files (program files (x86) on my brother's computer)
Go to your 'Steam' folder
Go to 'SteamApps'
Go to 'Common'
Go to 'Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2'
Go to 'Zone'
Go to 'english'
Now compare the list of programs there to the list provided below.

This is simply the list from my computer. I, being no programmer or computer expert
am not sure what all has been loaded from my playing of the game. So keep in mind that this
is just my current list.
If you're missing files. I just suggest reinstalling, as huge a pain in the butt that can be
especially for me, who only has internet connections for short periods of time.
