The HVAC Duct Sizer Plus for Android is a brand new app as of Fall 2019. This is replacing our older HVAC Duct Sizer Android app that has been on the Google Play store since 2011. The Duct Sizer Plus app allows you to quickly size one HVAC duct run or a range of duct sizes. Think of this app as a digital version of the classic Trane Ductulator.
These handy devices/programs allow you to calculate Areas, Velocities, Flowrates, Pressure Losses and a load more design criteria either using a simple hand held circular slide rule type device …. or more recently apps for your Android or Apple device.
I have not personally tested the latter and would welcome feedback on anyone who has. Some of the web feedbacks on these are not good – but the ones selected below appear to have reasonable feedback.
